Buyer Registration Request
It’s easy to participate in Inmar CLS’ buyer network! Simply
- Complete the following registration screens,
- Fax a copy of your resale certificate to 404.344.7708, and
- Accept our salvage agreement.
Approval typically occurs in five business days or less. Upon approval you will be notified of available secondary market merchandise either by phone, e-mail or by logging into B2Bid.
Prior To Getting Started: To speed up registration and approval please have available your company's contact details, tax id, state of incorporation and "resale certificate." The resale certificate must be your state approved form indicating that your company is exempt from paying sales tax on any purchase. (Some states refer to these as Sales & Use Tax Certificate of Exemption, Resale Exemption Certificate, Certificate of Resale, etc.) Please note that Inmar CLS is not responsible for any and all sales tax for product sold to consumers by your company or to the company/buyer to whom you resell the product.
You may print, complete and fax (404.344.7708) the multi-state certificate of exemption form below to our Atlanta office if your business resides in any of the following 21 states (AR, IA, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NV, OH, RI, OK, SD, TN, UT, VT, WV, WY )

Please keep in mind that until we have received your resale certificate your company will not be able to review B2Bid auctions or buy direct.
